 D. Antonio Ramirez, is a New York City native with 24 years experience tattooing and specializing in scar mask/scar cover up tattoo applications.

Self taught, his sense of style, and ability to render a global variety of  images into permanent tattoo artistic expression, sets him in the class few artists ever flourish in let alone attempt.
 

Mr. Ramirez studied art from many sources available to him in NYC. From the New York City streets and subways and institutions like CUNY, SVA, and the Arts Students League of N.Y. , and organizations like the National Arts Club in Gramercy Park NY.    

The art of permanent impression

"In the beginning, I never considered tattooing as a career. But when I did, I told myself that before I go out there marking people up, I'd better know what I'm doing and be able to deliver."

The only tattoo regret someone should have is "surrender". Giving in and settling for a tattoo they don't  want.

Whether a cover up or an enhancement, or a completely unique and custom tattoo, I personally approach each piece with a purpose to make it my very best.

 

Tomorrow is uncertain, so for the time that remains, I work with an attitude to make the present assignment the very best these brief 25 years of experience has given to me to share with you.
